Broadcom developer role microservices interview process and suggestion

I have applied to MTS position which required 3+ years of experience at Broadcom/VMware for developer role. A recruiter reached out to me for 45 mins initial interview with engineer. Any idea how does the process goes.? Also any tips for preparation and is leetcode enough for MTS role or do they ask something different compared to FAANG interview? Current TC: 130K #tech #vmware #broadcom
