Modi is a curse on India and will bankrupt the country
I’ve been unemployed for 8 months and can’t get interviews. I made it to the final round at Meta and another startup but didn’t get an offer. I haven’t gotten 1 interview in the past few months. I have 5 YoE and a MS in CS. Not sure what I should do. I feel like I’m a good developer. I applied via Blind referrals and the usual job boards. Any advice? Change your resume. Try reaching out to recruiters on Linkedin that post/repost. You only get 5 connections a month now. Also searching recruiters names to find their emails is pretty good.
What’s the best way to find recruiters on LinkedIn?
Literally in the search bar: <Name of company> "recruiter" OR "talent acquisition" OR "hiring" A list of People working at said company should be the results. Filter by location if not offering remote positions.
