just google it 😅 Linked in is full resumes to copy paste from
I ain't trying to copy paste tho
u should be
Golang js a programming language not a job title
I know
Focus on learning the language. If you have a CPP background, it should be relatively easy to grasp some of the basics.
I actually have worked in go professionally, but all of my experience is just with setting up rest apis and Kafka consumers, boring stuff. I'm trying to figure out what actual achievements look like
Sorry to break it to you, unless you’re working with firmware, all other apps involve some sort of CRUD.
Unless working on compilers and something low level, why would language matter in CV? I have switched languages between companies and no one asked if I knew goroutine or coroutine. What matters is knowing concepts which are pretty much similar in most languages ( atleast in Backend. No ducking clue what frontenders are upto nowadays)
I'm trying to spend the next 2-3 years getting impressive achievements on my resume in a specific language since HMs are getting pickier about language and stack with the current market
achievements are language agnostic. Only sweatshops hire based on tech stack onl
That's not true in this market
Is the market in the room with us now?
This guy's been coding in golang for a few years and he's quite successful. Although his linkedin only mentions Perl and Python. https://www.linkedin.com/in/jbicket
DM for SAP and anyone else for a referral!
What do you mean by exceptional golang? i work almost exclusively in golang as most of my company’s services are written in golang Does that count ?
Yeah, kind of interested in seeing what a solid Go resume would look like. I'm about to start working in Go and want to see what some notable achievements would look like to see if I could do the same thing at my current place. Can I DM you?
he wants to copy your cv and bullshit his way to a job
