I personally get very high ratings. So they can't layoff me.
I moved to a rural LCOL area and built a house for around 200/sq foot. I could take a 50% paycut and be fine, I'm never going back to an office
No, I don't kiss no company's ass. Any employer needs to understand that I only deliver for hours I'm paid for and in the way that's most convenient for me.
Sure, qcom has lot of politicians who keep their job kick the ones that below them
Youβre missing some options. Iβm not scared of layoffs and Iβm back in the office a couple of times a week. My office is fun.

I've gotten fired twice since January 2023 and I've found a new job with higher TC both times. I don't even fear God anymore
What was your trick to finding jobs and that too with higher TC? Because it is tough to find jobs in this job market. After how much time after being laid off did you find your next opportunity?
Apply as early as possible. Referrals are the best. Less than 40 days both times
