In the past, at least the working env is friendly. But nowadays, managers becoming more qnd more micro management They do not really try to improve the workflow, solving issues. They just sticking to rules and criticise people. And if no such rule, they will make one. There are some bold members pointing out this, and its funny to see managers trying to defend their rule that make no sense. Well, those bold member left, so managers can force everyone to follow the rule. The KPI for this job is weird, doing something great never help you get forward. Perfectly solving a nightmare problem is exactly same as solving the easiest problem. When you do something good no one cares, but when our customer give a rating 4/5, you'll be criticise by managers like you made some big mistake. I can see this job is dying fast, but can't run away from it…

High pay, meaningless work
This is why you always rate people 5 out of 5. It only hurts individuals if you give someone a lower rating. The company does not care, they only use lower ratings to hurt people.
