Cap exempt h1b employers
Suggest some cap exempt h1b employers for Software Engineering jobs. Preferred location:- Washington, California, Texas I found one such in University of Washington. I’m currently on L1b and Amazon filed my h1b COS petition. It’ll take 3-4 months. Edit :- Found some potential employers and listing down 1. University of Washington 2. TCS, Infosys, HCL, Wipro. Absolute gems. Because of India's supreme leader'influence over US policies, these companies are exempted from the cap. Long live modiy
Who told you ? Source ? AFAIK only universities , non profit organizations are capable of exempt.
