33k each year?
1282 per paycheck before tax? my rent is around 900 per paycheck
Yeah but you can sneak free guacamole
Free Chipotle is worth another $30k a year. Thank you Biden.
first year tc: starting at $15/h second year: ?? third year: $100K TC https://www.nrn.com/news/chipotle-increases-average-wages-15-hour-announces-six-figure-general-manager-salaries
Honestly it’s not anything special for highest store position. Plenty of fast food spots are probably same or more for gm position. It’s basically saying you could potentially work your way up to that amount if you start at the bottom and work there long enough. The same is true at literally every food/hospitality place whether it’s fast food, hotels, etc.
That’s a lot of guacamole!
You have to have a specially designated restaurant which is hard to maintain. A manager who makes 100k+ is working over 60 hours a week on salary
I call BS. I make 105K TC working remotely, which is more than anyone who ever makes working at Chipotle—or any restaurant could ever dream of. I wasted a year of my life working in a restaurant, and I wouldn’t do it again for any amount of money. TC: 105K
I suspect this is actually quite possible if someone works really hard and gets promotions to shift lead and assistant manager. This can definitely be done in CA since The minimum wage to work in fast food is $20/hour. Would I do it? No way but others may find this reasonable. Don't knock others career choices.
Making 90-110k as a GM is pretty standard post-pandemic. I know two myself.
People post this shit as if these jobs are easy to get. The markets tough for everyone, you ain’t getting this job without a hookup.
What I’m reading is 33k a year
