Corporate securities opportunities?

I know it's a long shot, but would anyone know if there are interesting opportunities at pre-IPO companies or those that have recently IPO'd? Primarily focused on SEC and corp gov stuff. Thanks a lot and appreciate any advice! #counsel #legal
