Data Engineering interview @ Nordstrom

For cross functional, be able to describe and go into detail about times you had to work with another team and specifically someone not in a data engineering role (like a TPM, EM, or SDE). Have examples when things went well and what didn’t go well. What did you learn from them? How did your communication style change? What happened when there was a disagreement? For data engineering principles and best practices, talk about what principles and practices you follow, why they’re important, and times when you have used them that improved the code or data. Discuss how you advocate for those principles. Discuss what has happened when a co-worker has disagreed on a principle.
