Desperately looking-Recruiter and related roles

My wife was let go last year and is now desperately looking for Job. Has applied to several, but hasn't got 1 call back yet. I really feel bad for her, she could be loosing her confidence and it is really concerning me.. My motivation and support is going only so far and is not helping anymore. Any referrals or places that are hiring recruiters could you let me know or refer. Salary is least concerning, I want her to get back to her old self with energy.
