Exit: Zhou: has had enough time to get up to speed and will likely never be competitive. Sargeant: as much as I’d like an American to be in the field, he has proven relatively slow and is prone to big mistakes. Ricciardo: stale and average, despite many years of experience including race wins; not likely to improve; please exit to make way for new talent. Stroll: Daddy’s boy. Hopelessly outclassed by Alonso and frequently 10+ places behind a man who is in his 40s. Enter: Bearman: a young prodigy that excelled when given his only opportunity. Deserves a seat - perhaps in a Ferrari-backed Haas. Lawson: fast and has proven himself to be top caliber, both in the limited opportunities he’s had in F1 and in the lower classes. Moves I’d like to see (not necessarily realistic): Albon to Mercedes (Albon has recovered well after his poor treatment at Red Bull - I believe he’s faster than given credit for, and has become a well-rounded driver. He could compete for championships in the right car.) Tsunoda to Red Bull Sainz to partner with Hulkenberg at Audi, or to partner Alonso at Aston Perez to be demoted to a slower team, like Haas. He’s still deserving of a spot in F1, but not deserving of a spot alongside Max or in a top tier team. Formula 1 is so boring precisely because Perez can’t ever compete with Max.
max is already in talks with Merc.
Can’t he exit only if Marko exits? What exit clause does he have available to him, other than Helmut Marko’s departure?
Perez’s overrated pay driver who’s asleep most of the time. Stroll might be half good if he gets out of his own way. Shows flashes of brilliance 20% of the time. But might not be the worst.
Stroll will be gone as soon as his dad sells his shares of Aston Martin, which is in process now.
Dads still gonna have controlling stake.
I think Sainz should be the one next to Verstappen to reactivate F1. But an Alonso/Sainz 🇪🇸 in Aston is also exciting. And some young gun could go to Red Bull to dethrone Verstappen despite maxdaddy’s interference. Hopefully Hamilton performs in Ferrari. Maybe he’s right, but personally I’m growing tired of him blaming the car even when Russell does better. I truly wish he does well and wins another championship.

Looking more and more like Max will be in the Mercedes seat by 2026
Why would he leave a team where he is guaranteed to win the championship for the foreseeable future? He is already a ton of money with Redbull.
Only one more season and no Newey on the 26 design and ford power plant is all new
