Final interview for a non-tech role at Confluent

Hi. I have a final interview coming up for a non tech role at Confluent (US based). Have cleared recruiter screen, HM round and panel before. This interview will possibly with the skip manager. Any ideas and tips on what to expect and prepare and be mindful of? Thanks
