If so, 1. What are the complications in choosing an appropriate egg donor ? 2. What are the additional complications from surrogacy in addition to the standard ones (time, money etc.) TC: 400 Yoe 16
Good question, always had this question.
Don’t do it. Not required. Stay alone.
How about you let him do what he wants and you do what you want ?
No
Single male with uterus?
Considered adoption?
I am considering it as a second but admittedly distant option
How will you be taking care of your kid(s) after they’re born via surrogate?
Do you have pets ?
For your kid’s sake, don’t have one if there won’t be a mother
Hm, I’m not sure this is legal actually. But man, hear me out, the kid with no mother is a really bad idea for that kid. It’s really traumatic experience.
There were a couple of surrogacy trials, and guess what? If the surrogate refuses to let go of the child, then she's just a mom and the gay couple wanting the kid ended up paying child support. I thought it was awesome. As for you, hetero single, it's even more of an argument to the default family court stand on the issue. I think your safest bet is just to adopt a kid.
Why?
Don’t want to marry. But want to have kids
You don't need to be married to have kids. Are you heterosexual (serious question)?
