How soon are you eligible for maternity / paternity leave after starting at Meta?

I’m going to be starting there soon but also have a baby coming, wanted to know if I’d be able to take paid maternity leave soon after I start. #meta

At Apple you are eligible right away. I hired a pregnant lady in her first trimester. She was out on maternity 6 months after starting. That was 3 years ago. She’s a rockstar! No regrets.
