Rivian has some great products lined up, but amongst the talented people at this company there are leaders that are known to not have the company’s interests at heart and are damaging Rivian’s prospects to become successful. If you have a genuine concern about an individual, list them here so Rivian can investigate. #rivianautomotive
Jono Sive! It's widely acknowledged at Rivian that VP Jono Sive is acting against the company's best interests. He's earned many unflattering nicknames, but "saboteur" is among the most prevalent.
Great product? Rivian didn’t invent or solved anything in the ev manufacturing They basically buying all individual parts in bulk and assembling together with their Design (this is original) in US and that’s not a viable solution

I think by the very nature of not acting in the company’s best interest it will have the same effect as wilfully sabotaging.

Ah yes, Jono and his wife, the epitome of stability! With their record of not keeping a job longer than one to two years before getting the boot, they're practically the poster children for career longevity. Dream team, indeed!
If karma is catching up to him, he should brace himself. I wouldn't be surprised if his wife going through what he's inflicted is just the tip of the iceberg in terms of consequences. "Treat others as you'd like to be treated."

How about Brian Gase? Using his ‘founder’ tag to bully people out his way, no doubt driven by a massive sense of insecurity. Another one pushing effective people out of the company.
Sive talks a lot of smack about Gase when he's not around. It's like a game of who's gonna get the boot first.

What do you mean? He ceded the (not stupid looking) EV truck market to competitors that Tesla should have dominated.
