Hidden job market is good. Know someone and have good domain knowledge and there doesn’t seem to be any shortage of roles available. The open market seems to be a slog. There’s strong demand but also too many applicants. Nearly impossible for career switchers right now. If you’re in hardware, and have any relevance toward ML infra, that’s your best bet.
