When you make 300k+ tc why would you care about some $50/month gym payment. Like, just get a 0.2% raise and you have it covered
yeah.. never understood why some folks are obsessed with minuscule benefits like yoga classes, massages, free food or chobani’s. if the company is providing those, employees are indirectly paying with their own salary. on the other hand, Nvidia gives REAL benefits i.e. ESPP. I earned about 280k (pretax) in the last 2 years from it, although stock appreciation played a big part obviously
Not big role, stock appreciation is the only reason why we had amazing espp.
Yeah ESPP is nice if you joined 2 years ago but not if you joined recently
You still get, at worse,15% off the price.
why gym reimbursement when you can finance the whole gym ?
