Requesting some advices

Hello everyone, I'm working at Operations as supervisor L3, I have 9 years overall experience 6 years of operations (2 of them inside amazon) and 3 years of customer service experience. A while ago I was really in a bad situation and a bit depressed of working at the FC with all of its pressure and I was looking for a way to take the rest of my contract without being blocked from amazon, as I had debt and the rest of contract could have helped me to overcome the debt. One of the manager suggested me that they can put me on focus and I can leave amazon and I will not be blocked. Today, it came to my knowledge that focus cannot be removed even if I wanted to stay at amazon. I'm already on focus and my time is about to come to an end, and I told my manager that I will apply for other opportunities internally and he didnt mind actually. I just didnt know how bad focus is, and I thought it can removed easily but I was informed that it cannot be removed. what do you guys suggest, should I continue working at Amazon till I find good L4 opportunity? or should I leave amazon take the rest of my contract then apply again at amazon? and do you think if someone who left amazon with a focus would have a chance to come back again or the HM would that of him as "damaged goods"?
