Shady, no law breakers

Why is it that so many CSR companies talk such a great game but then you get the job and find they are buying votes to be voted the best when in reality, they are the worst place to work. I work for a company that is not just shady they break the law every single day. Everise does not pay according to the FLSA or the US DOT's interpretation of the FLSA for customer service reps. They literally try to say they did a survey and that survey, which is skewed for their benefit has more weight than the US Federal law! Not only that many departments are also forcing their employees to vote Everise is the best place to work; and nothing can be further from the truth. I have been there 3 years in November, we have only had one raise and that was because we changed clients, not because of merit. I don't know what happened, but they have ripped us off of our PTO, they no longer pay us for holidays (I am sure they are laughing all the way to the bank over that!), and now they are forcing us to work for two different lines of business (two different health plans) for which they get paid for our work twice (both lines of business) but we don't even get any extra pay. Please do yourself a favor, DO NOT BOTHER WORKING FOR Everise, not even if it is the last place hiring, there is a reason for that.
