Start up from current big tech
I am experienced TPM of big tech company and i havea chance to transition to automotive related sw start up which is less than 100-120 employees. It funded series A. I have family to take care of. What would you do?

If the comp package is decent, you could pretty safely give it a try. If it doesn’t work out, there is a good possibility to boomerang or get into another big tech. That said, the lowest risk option is to stay where you are, however that may also be the lowest reward option.
