Survived the on-site interviews, now doing team matching. Interested to hear what are the reasonable expectations for TC including breakdown. Tried to look for recent datapoints but not seeing much here for experienced hires. SWE, 10 YoE, TC ~£300k #interview #finance #janestreet

What questions did you get? Are senior interviews from juniors like system design
There was no System Design round per se, but there was a round where I was asked to do a deep dive into some past project and they asked some design-related questions there.
How deep is the design related questions? Do you mind sharing one? Don’t have to be exact.
