The recruiter becomes a ghost when comes to sending the offer letter
I told by recruiter they are about to get the approval from HR for H1b as this is new approval process in organizations, from that point no response from recruiter otherwise he is pretty much active responding and provided updates each and every stage of the process. But now no response Whats your thoughts?
Happens all the time. That means "not gonna happen." Just dust it off and move on.
Move on. Not sure why some recruiters are so unprofessional. They can just convey it's not gonna happen will save effort and time at both end.
since you are getting close to the offer stage have you got a chance to talked to the hiring manager? you could probably reach out to the manager for more information .
Report him to some director/vp/ceo level. It is very unprofessional!
Company has problem had a hiring freeze and the recruiter just can't be bothered to tell you. Better this way than to accept an offer and then get unhired before start day.
