Will my PERM application be revoked?

My PERM application was filed around early this year. I got a new job offer and am planning to switch around the June timeline. Can anyone please throw some light on what happens to my PERM application? Any suggestions to keep PERM alive while switching employers would be appreciated. #visa #h1b #perm

Pretty sure that’s not how it works. Even if you have an existing perm a new employer means you need a new perm to continue the rest of the process. In this case you dont even have an existing perm

Even a change in Job title usually leads to a new PERM application much less a Job change. A new perm application will be needed.

New employer I believe guarantees a new PERM filing. For internal transfers, which I've alao started considering, pending PERM filing can only be retained if the new job falls under the same job family group. You should ask inteljobchanges@fragomen.com for confirmation, they usually reply to inquiries within a week
