I’m talking to an Open AI recruiter, they told me some information about the compensation and how you have to hold the participation units for 2 years before selling. Can someone from OpenAI elaborate more on this? How often are those liquidity events? Have you sold? What was the growth of those units like? Do they give refreshers? Yearly or every 4 years? #openai
