Google walkout

The walkout worked. Google caved. They ended private arbitration clause.

It was in his contract.

It rubs me the wrong way that large tech companies are essentially admitting that arbitration is unfair but it's only removed for sexual harassment. Other forms of discrimination and hostile work environment are apparently ok then?
