250k -> 400k?

Hey all - Been pondering how to get to 400k. Currently an L4 Solutions Consultant with 2.5 YOE going for L5 next cycle. Work is centered around Ops for ML/AI space related projects with eng and product partners. Have a BS in Business Management from a state school. Graduated three years ago. How can I realistically get to 400k from here in the neat two to three years? Thanks! Tc 250
