Is this enough weight for bench press
2 hours a day, with an additional one for cardio. Investment in your body and health is never a bad idea. Wealth means nothing if you’re too weak in old age to go anywhere.
why do you think it's necessary to work out for 3 hours/day to be healthy?
I don’t think it’s necessary. You could do less, you just won’t get as much benefits as the person doing more. Athletes age better than non-athletes across the board.
Hit the gym 4x a week (mostly weights, but add in cardio at least once a week). About 75 mins each workout, but 2 hours on Monday and Saturday. Been my routine 15+ years. Yes, I am very fit. And I’m hitting 50 this year. My male siblings and my Dad are also very much into investing in our bodies. What’s the point of having money if you aren’t healthy to spend it?
Gym 3-4 times a week for ~1hr
Stupid question. I do 0 to 35 minutes a day at the gym usually walking. Not in good shape by any means
2-3 hours lifting 4 days a week and then 2 days of additional light treadmill cardio for 30 mins or so
1-2 hours lifting 6 days a week, varies depending on how early my meetings are.
I work out in my brain
5 days weights + 1 day intense cardio. Sunday rest.
5 times a week, 2hr each. 1 hr weight 1 hr low intensity cardio.
Stupid poll. If someone works out more than 1 hour every day that’s most likely professional athletes, which won’t be even sitting on Blind. Fit person works out ~5 times a week, 1 hour each, taking into account 7-day week, daily average is 0.7 hours
Unless you count walking/jogging/cycling
Com'on I'm not even a professional athlete but do play Cricket and badminton ~3 days of the week and the remaining 4 days spend roughly 2 hours in the gym.. It's normal if you've got things to do
