Should I ask my previous date to split the bill?

So I met this girl online, we chatted about one week, which was good, then we met. After the first date, we both agreed to a second date, and chatted for another few days, then she suddenly said she wasn’t ready to be in a relationship. I was really pissed off because I did ask this question when we first met. Total bill is around $300 Tc 400k#dating

Just text her- if we met only as friends, I rather have you split the expenses because it makes sense to do so in friends and non-relationships acquaintances

If you didn’t ask to split the bill when the check arrived then the issue is closed.

While this is rude, $300 is cheaper than a divorce or wasting years with the wrong woman. She should have declined the second date.

She meant she wasn’t ready to be in a relationship with you. And given this post, I think we all get why 🤣

Let go and not be stupid next time.

You got played - should have taken her to Starbucks

Next time don't spend $300 until you get some action.

Who the f spends that much on a date much less a first date?

The L bro and move on. Taking this way, I won’t bring you any resolution whatsoever. Also never spend this much money on a date with someone who is not your wife.

Spending that much on a date is pretty common. But if you’re spending it thinking you’re buying her being in a relationship, you should both grow up and avoid engaging in things that leave you with that degree of resentment, op!
