Could one of the ppl explain why honey is healthy?
Has antibiotics properties. Sometimes when I get bit by a dog or feral zombie I go chopping tree trunks in hopes of finding honey 🍯. If the infection is under 5%, it cures me right up
Got it. Sure, there are some side benefits but it I was focusing more on the sugar aspect of it. If you are anyway putting 10g of sugar in body, then equivalent amount of honey is certainly better.
None
only answer. honey is good once in a rare while for its nutrients but no sweetener is the way of life
Allulose is THE BEST. it's natural and almost zero calories. Just expensive
Thanks. Didn’t know about this before.
Unsweetened is best
Debatable. If you’re craving sweet then you may eat more of an unsweetened thing Obviously depends on the food/drink of course
That sounds really weird... Who gets more non sweet food when craving something sweet?
Agave
All are same, doesn’t matter. Quantity is cuticular factor after that it’s all just a hype
I eventually gave up any sweetener, took me a little time to get used to it but worth it!
for non artificial, honey is the answer but it's not an option.
Try eating fruit for sugar cravings if the doctor allows it.
Corn syrup
