I have a very weird body as a man. fat from face , chest and stomach and small shoulders. Tried to lose weight and eat a bit healthy and now I look so weird with no shoulders and a big head. I do strength training too and shoulder exercises but its not showing changes. Wondering if I should go toa fitness and strength trainer . how much do they cost
Definitely..a good trainer sets u on the right path

I can train you. My strict requirements is being consistent (not to be read as perfectionism). I don’t train for free but the charge is reasonable as I do it for my passion. I make many times more as my hourly rate at my full time job so this is just purely for passion.
Track your stats for 6 months. Sometimes your body will adjust itself.
Depends on your goal. If you’re doing a huge weight loss/gain journey then a trainer is worth it. Once you reach it and need to maintain they aren’t as useful
Just go for it.
Yes and yes
Absolutely
Join a powerlifting gym
For me it has been worth it. Mostly for direction and accountability

Most gyms have personal trainers. Pick one. Like the comment above says the personal trainer is a guide. So you don't have to research what to do. But it's still your responsibility to find/set a goal and stick to the plan. Also highly recommend sticking with the plan for at least 6 months. Good luck OP!
