Amazon L4 BIE negotiation
Location: Seattle YOE: 2 My recruiter told me that the hiring manager is extending an offer to me. I haven't received an official offer letter but based on my conversation with the recruiter, my TC comes around 137k. Base- 115k Sign on- 22.5k (year 1), 17k (year 2) RSU- 275 units (over 4 years) I looked up levels.fyi and my TC looks good, but I find the numbers on levels.fyi are low from the numbers people have shared on Blind so I'm looking for some help with negotiation. The recruiter said that the team is offering me the top of the L4 range so there might not be much wiggle room but they all say that. 1. So, how much room is there for negotiation? 2. Can someone tell me what the real top-of-the-range for L4 BIE is? 3. I feel that the RSU is a bit low. Is asking for 480 units realistic? 4. Also, is the vesting schedule negotiable? 5.
