Work, or at least successful work vultures can be a real problem. This is mostly prevalent in teams run by bad managers

In a way, it's kind of a compliment that they want whatever you have - it means they're jelly. Ask for a raise and a promotion so you can give them good direction.

It is not assigned! We agreed that this is going to be my focus and they are also really passionate about the subject, so initially, they tend to micromanage. And I find myself just doing what they suggest and get no satisfaction.
