Final round of interviews @ Netflix

Hi everyone! I am reaching out to the community since I’m in a selection process for a Legal role at Netflix (EMEA). I have gone through a first HR interview, then HM interview, and panel stage with three different people from the business I would work with (mostly Marketing/Creative). I have now been invited for the final round of interviews to be held mostly in presence, with an offsite in a different country where Netflix will be covering the costs for flights/hotel/transportation/etc. My role will be in my country, I will be travelling only for the last round of interviews with panelists will be (or reach) the same location to speak with me (HM again, Senior Director business side, HR partner, and another panelists from the US that I will meet online upon my return). I wonder how many people do get to this stage and are asked to reach another country to interview… I try to keep my feet on the ground :-) and wonder how to best prepare for this final stage. Given that I was asked to travel on a Sunday and interview on a Monday, I found a cheaper flight of the company proposed on the Saturday instead and asked to book it instead, covering myself the additional night in London. They confirmed it swiftly but I hope it doesn’t sound unprofessional. I also wonder how much time do I have to expect for the final decision after finishing the interviews. The whole process took 2+ months. Thanks all!! #netflixhiring
