It doesn't work like that. If you end up working for someone else how will they feel about you offering free healthcare? And will you also own the surgeons, anesthesiologists, MRI machine, nurses, etc?
Say I go into dentistry, I'll do everything free of charge. Most of it is just labor and material cost that I can cover once I'm there.
