I recently applied for a role at Google. I realized their resumé system changed my tenure at a previous role from starting in 2017 to 2024. The status just updated to “Not Proceeding”. Could this have affected my consideration? Also, I have a referral at Google is assisting at another role. What are some recommendations Google’s job process?
