Social justice, reproductive rights, voting rights, economic equality, to name a few. And before you say it, liberal democrats have been static on these core beliefs. Your assumption that they aren't tied to a concrete way of life is incorrect. Just because protests are tied to current events, doesn't mean they've disposed of their core beliefs. The idea that protesting for equality isn't a way of life is also an incorrect assumption. Placing the needs of others ahead of your own is a way of life. If you think it isn't, then go make that argument to a nun.

Built most of the infrastructure. Introduced the 8 hour. 5 day a week work schedule. Reduced discrimination through the civil rights act. And put man on the moon. f*ck Trump, too. What aid? Decommissioned weapons? Is Ukraine not an ally of the rest of Europe? Where is their aid from neighboring countries? Why is Poland (the next country to be directly threatened) ranked 8th in aid at only $4b over countries like Germany at $14b?? And then there's the United States chumps in office allocating $67b + another $90b. 1/3rd population displaced, the rest of Europe is just sitting waiting for US to make decisions. I'm not worried about Russia / Ukraine. Russia isn't going past Ukraine and Poland fucking knows it. We're funding a proxy war.
Naive position that's ignorant of history. Russia is definitely going past Ukraine. Once these military dictatorships start, they don't stop themselves, they have to be stopped by outside force. Because if they stop, people return to post war life, assess what they had before the war, what they got after, who they lost, was it worth it, and who's responsible. And if you look from before Russia invaded Crimea to now, ruble went from 30 to the dollar to 90, European energy market that took 50 years to conquer and sustained middle class lifestyle is gone, country is just resource vassal of China, hundreds of thousands dead and permanently crippled, and very little to show for it. Putin can't stop the war, or he'll be overthrown.
