WLB at Databricks
When reps complain about WLB at databricks, what is it they're referring to? Long hours? Working during vacation? Not being able to do a 2 hour gym session on a Monday at 10am? Or other?

Everything you mentioned above. There is a hard drive across the org to get to IPO ready state and a lot of leaders with 7 or 8 figures worth of RSU on the line when we do. That trickles down. Great pay though and one of the few companies almost guaranteed to IPO within next 2 years.
