Walmart SDR / business development

Got rejected after 6 interviews because I was too senior for the outbound SDR role. They questioned my humility? More like they were worried about amazing results 😂 I’m medium pissed off. Waste of time? Sure but worth the review for you: Diversity? Non-existent + 1 female for 5 male interviewers. Recruiting experience? The worst, recruiters never told me pay range nor the hiring manager. Ow, and one interview with director level: he said he would train me, confusing the hiring manager , timeline? 2 months of wasted time. This rejection automatically rejected me from 1 other role I had applied to. Made me grateful for my role and small startup highly diverse🙏🏼 #e-commerce #walmart
