hey folks, as the title says i’m just wondering if snowflake sends out rejection letters or do they just ghost u after the tech rounds? edit: i already did both of my technical rounds
Yes, I I’ve been ghosted mid round twice over the last couple years. I don’t reply to their recruiters anymore
This isn’t the norm. BUT if there are too many people in the pipeline for the same role and your interview feedback comes out as a weak (yes or no) then I’ve seen recruiters not sending out rejection emails
