Some of the nicest people you will ever meet work here, and the company is serious about ensuring employees' wellbeing through work/life balance. The way the organization supported its team members through COVID was fully empathetic and truly appreciated. Sadly, it wasn't enough to retain talented people as the organization is not faring well now that The Great Resignation has arrived.
Compensation and benefits are below market competition. Growth opportunities are rare, especially since leaders insist upon holding tight to outdated legacy systems and processes. They fear change; they fear loss of control. Extremely political and clique-ish. The organization claims to truly care about its employees' professional growth and development, but rarely follows through on execution, leaving employees feeling disillusioned and undervalued. Annual compensation increases are a fraction of inflation, and compensation increases are minimal unless an employee goes through the exercise of seeking new employment and obtains a competing job offer.
