Advice on U1 visa

I am currently on my F1 visa. Recently I was walking on the street and someone grabbed me and touched me all over. I’m pretty disturbed by the incident and am looking to file a U1 visa. I spoke to some attorneys but each one says different things. Someone said the crime is not big enough to quality for a U1 visa. Does anyone have any advice if I should try filing for it or not? It costs around 10k to file, so would appreciate some feedback :)
