Google has been aggressively cutting benefits over the past few months (closed cafes, gfleet, constantly reducing shuttle routes off the top of my head). Is this happening at other big tech companies as well? Keeping layoffs aside, have you felt a constant decline in quality of benefits provided?

They keep cutting benefits but they ll keep spending tons to money to maintain offices and go to any lengths to make people RTO.
It’ll turn around. Market won’t suck forever. Enjoy life and wait for the uptick.
Don’t know about others but Snap has been stingy af since the last 6 months.
