My skip allowed discrimination on my team by 3 of his directors. One was fired for retaliating against me. Skip didn’t fix shit. Now HR has learned some details and requested us to do a 360, but I’m afraid to speak up because he’ll know who the feedback comes from. He created mess after mess due to inability to manage team dynamics and projects in general. Should I speak up? In the 360? Or find other ways to give feedback?
