Can I create single person LLC while on H1B?
Hello, I have written a couple of Children's books and want to publish through my publishing company. I was thinking of creating a single person LLC. This is for passive income. Can I do this while on H1B visa? Let me know if you have done this and this is legal. 270K

You need a different visa. If your spouse is on H4, he/she can publish the book. If you're single, you can try getting an O1A visa, but it's not easy to get.
