Hard to tell exactly, looks like a large sirloin / new york strip that is medium rare.
Yes it’s a New York stripe. I was looking for it to be medium rare too
It certainly is meat. A type thereof. Unless this is a giant fork, the pieces are small. And you can see that the slices are all the same size and ovaloid, therefore from a same limb, or a cylindrical animal. I'd guess Snake, or more likely human leg. Can you confirm the size of the fork?
Most steak houses would call that medium. Often times people will order “medium,” thinking it will barely be pink in the middle, and get what is pictured, and they may be upset.
Hmmm didn’t know that steak houses cook it differently. But yeah I was going for medium rare
Costco microwave 2 min
At nicer places, that's probably medium. At more casual places, medium rare.
Ohhh, never realized fancier places cook their meat differently. Will have to visit one.
Medium rare but it should have more crust in it
I agree too. Also the crust gave a nice texture. Was my first time cooking a steak so was scared to go over. Also did it in a non stick pan so the crust was not as good
I deem it raw. Basically it's equivalent to bite a live cow in the ass in a hot summer day.
You clearly haven’t eaten steak
