Cox co-op return offer rate

Hello! I was offered a co-op today at Cox communications and am comparing it to other offers. I could not get a gauge on how return offers work here, though. The hiring manager was pretty vague about it. Does anyone working there have a general sense of whether they give return offers to most co-op students or if it’s pretty selective. I have several friends at big tech companies where none of their internship/co-op class were given return offers and I’m trying to avoid that. I appreciate the help!
