This may not be what you are looking for since it is paid, but… I spent the last 8 years (previous 5 at the government) in big Tech (Adobe/Twitter/Meta) and aside from being a staff MLE/uber TL with as many as 30 engineers I provided direction to I was always fascinated with hiring. I have conducted multiple rounds, created new questions, trained interviewers, refined rubrics, and helped HMs make final decisions. Since leaving Meta last fall I have been doing mock interviews with folks e4-e7 and started thinking about more systematic ways I can help. Currently I am working on interview preparation co-horts for MLE that are meant to be 2 weeks long and prepare you for ML interviews in most big companies (behavioral, coding, ml, design, project review maybe) these will be tailored to small groups and include Discord and 5 hours of live prep as well as my courses on behavioral, ml design, and coding interviews.
