Devastated by continued failure in landing offers..

Not only is the job market so tough to get interviews, unless you are from FAANGs, I went through 4 last stages interviews and 1 at design challenge interviews within last 3 months.. and all rejected.. Tbh, I cannot say it was the perfect interviews, but I worked so hard to refine my answers from previous failed interviews.. It is so demotivating to restart the interview process after getting so close to the offer, only to hear “We decided to go with another candidate” 😭😭 And worse, I did a design challenge recently and I didnt make it to the next round because my solution was too simple…. but they also gave feedback that it went well and I was able to defend my decision well, but got rejected… and the design challenge literally mentioned to skip the details and so Im just lost and hurt 😭😭 Im lost on how to improve 😭 #design #interviews
