Not sure how they are compensating for people who have migrated from other countries and got laid off on their first month. Does anyone have some information here ?
I was to start with them on 1 Nov. I was told not to come because the position was no-longer available. I had my visa and had done full payment for a flat in Berlin.. Their Relocation team was sending me flight options.. but I was lucky I was told before moving there.. My D visa is no longer valid as DH must inform immigration that my contract was cancelled.. I think they offer 2 months salary as severance, other than that they just offer psychological consoling service and give recommendation letter if your manager confirms..
