Google TPM team match process

Hi All, I just cleared Google’s interviews for a TPM and am waiting for a team match. Is there anyone here hiring a TPM at Google? If not can people share how long does the team match process take at Google and what should i focus on to get a team match quickly? YOE: 13+ Current pay : $250k
